(i)  register an online account in accordance with clause 3(b) below;

(ii)  pay an entry fee of £10 per Profile (as defined in clause 3.13) (which may be waived in full by applying 1,000 valid referral credits at checkout; partial redemption of referral credits is not available, such referral credits having no cash value, being non-transferable and usable only to waive the full £10 entry fee); and

(iii)  once payment has been accepted, you will be granted access to the relevant Competition hub where all selections can be submitted in accordance with clause 5.

(b)  Digital Paid Entrants must create an account by providing: (i) email address; (ii) password; (iii) first and last name; (iv) a nickname (displayed publicly within the platform); and (v) mobile phone number.

(c)  Marketing communications (including WhatsApp and SMS) are optional and not required to participate.

(i)  No account registration is required for Free Postal Entrants. An account will be created by the Promoter for administrative purposes only. Free Postal Entrants will be notified by email to their Registered Email Address once processed.

(j)  Following initial registration, Free Postal Entrants must submit their selection for each subsequent Gameweek by letter or postcard, in accordance with clause 5.5(b). Free Postal Entrants who are eliminated from Last One Standing should continue to submit Picks in subsequent Gameweeks for the purposes of the Points Race.

(k)  Free Postal Entries must be delivered by standard first or second class post. No other method of free entry will be accepted, including entries delivered by hand.

Multiple Profiles

3.13  Digital Paid Entrants may enter up to three profiles in total (each a "Profile", and together "Profiles"). Each Profile is subject to a separate entry fee of £10 and participates in both the Last One Standing and the Points Race competitions.

3.14  Each Profile constitutes a separate entry in the Competition and may independently win either or both prizes. The same person may win one or both prizes via different Profiles.

3.15  Free Postal Entrants may enter up to three Profiles in total (each a "Profile", and together "Profiles"). Each entry must be submitted on a separate letter or postcard, and all subsequent Gameweek selections for each Profile must also be submitted on a separate letter or postcard in accordance with clause 3(j) above.

Number of Entries

3.16  Digital Paid Entrants and Free Postal Entrants may hold a maximum of three Profiles across all accounts registered to the same person. If Profiles are identified in excess of this by matching name, email address, mobile number or home address, they may be investigated and disqualified.

Loss and Delay

3.17  The Promoter will not accept responsibility for Competition entries or Picks that are not successfully completed, are lost or are delayed regardless of cause, including as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. The Promoter will not accept proof of transmission as proof of receipt of a Competition entry or Pick.

4. Eligibility

4.1  The Competition is only open to anyone resident and located in Great Britain and aged 18 years or over, except:

(a)  employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

(b)  employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration; or

(c)  members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

4.2  By entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition.

4.3  The Promoter will not accept Competition entries that are: (a) automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications); (b) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; (c) in a language other than English; (d) photocopies and not originals; or (e) incomplete.

4.4  The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition.

4.5  If you engage in: (a) any form of fraud (actual or apparent), fraudulent misrepresentation or fraudulent concealment in relation to a Competition; (b) hacking or interference with the proper functioning of the Competition or the Competition website or otherwise amending or using any of the code that constitutes the Competition or Competition website without authorisation from the Promoter; or (c) any conduct that is rude or abusive to the Promoter, or anyone associated with them - your Competition entry or entries will be declared void, no refunds will be given and you may be prevented from participating in any future competitions operated by the Promoter.

5. How the Competition Works

Overview

5.1  Each Profile participates simultaneously in two competitions: (a) Last One Standing (an elimination game); and (b) the Points Race (a points accumulation game).

5.2  A single Pick submitted for each Gameweek of the 2026 Premier League Season counts for both competitions simultaneously, unless the Profile has been eliminated from Last One Standing, at which point the Gameweek Pick counts towards the Points Race only, which continues for the whole season.

The Gameweek Pick

5.3  For each Gameweek, each Profile must select one of the twenty Premier League clubs ("Clubs") which they believe will WIN their fixture in that Gameweek (a "Pick"). A draw or loss by the selected Club is not a win for the purposes of the Competition.

5.4  Each Club may only play one fixture per Gameweek. Where a Club has more than one fixture in a Gameweek (a "Double Gameweek"), the player may select that Club and choose which of the Club's fixtures to back. The result of the specific fixture chosen by the player is used for settlement purposes. The selected Club is treated as having been used in the current Cycle regardless of which fixture is chosen.

5.5  Pick Deadlines:

(a)  for Digital Paid Entrants: Picks must be submitted at least 15 minutes before the kick-off of the first fixture of the relevant Gameweek (the "Pick Deadline"). Picks may be changed at any time before the Pick Deadline;

(b)  for Free Postal Entrants: Pick letters or postcards must be received by the Promoter at least 72 hours before the Pick Deadline for the relevant Gameweek, to allow for administrative processing. Changes may be made by sending a further letter or postcard specifying the relevant change, provided such letter or postcard is received before the same deadline.

5.6  The consequences of failing to submit a Pick before the applicable deadline depend on whether the Profile's pool of available Clubs was exhausted at that deadline:

(a)  Forced Non-Pick - where no Club was available for the Profile to select in that Gameweek (including where the Profile's selected Club was subject to postponement and the automatic replacement process under clause 5.11 was unable to identify a valid replacement, whether because every remaining Club in the current Cycle had already been used in a prior Gameweek or because every remaining unused Club in the current Cycle was itself subject to postponement in that Gameweek): (i) the Profile is eliminated from Last One Standing; and (ii) the Profile scores zero Points Race points for that Gameweek.

(b)  Unforced Non-Pick - where Clubs were available in the pool but no Pick was submitted: (i) the Profile is eliminated from Last One Standing; and (ii) the Profile scores minus three (−3) Points Race points for that Gameweek.

5.7  Profiles that have been eliminated from Last One Standing may continue to submit Picks in subsequent Gameweeks for the purposes of the Points Race.

The Pool of 20 Clubs

5.8  The Competition is divided into two Cycles based on Gameweeks. Cycle A covers Gameweeks 1 to 20 and Cycle B covers Gameweeks 21 to 38. Within each Cycle, each of the twenty Clubs may only be selected once. Following settlement of Gameweek 20, all Profiles' pools reset simultaneously (the "Universal Reset") and all twenty Clubs become available again to every Profile from Gameweek 21, regardless of how many Clubs an individual Profile had selected during Cycle A.

5.9  Within a Cycle, a Club that has already been selected in a prior Gameweek of that Cycle may not be selected again until the next Cycle begins. A Club that was not selected during Cycle A remains available during Cycle A; it does not carry over any advantage into Cycle B.

5.10  Pool usage is tracked independently for each Profile within a Cycle. Profiles within the same account do not share pool usage. All Profiles reset together at the Universal Reset regardless of individual usage.

Postponed Fixtures

5.11  Where a fixture involving a Profile's selected Club is postponed after the Pick Deadline for that Gameweek:

(a)  the Profile will be automatically assigned a replacement Club, being the Club ranked highest in the current Premier League standings that the Profile has not already used in the current Cycle;

(b)  where the highest-ranked available Club is also subject to postponement in that Gameweek, the Promoter will select the next highest-ranked available Club;

(c)  where no available Club can be assigned (because the Profile has used every Club available in the current Cycle, or because every remaining unused Club in the current Cycle is also subject to postponement in that Gameweek), no replacement is assigned and the Gameweek is treated as a Forced Non-Pick for the purposes of clause 5.6(a);

(d)  the original selected Club is not treated as having been used in the current Cycle and remains available for future Gameweeks (this applies whether or not a replacement is successfully assigned under clauses 5.11(a) and (b)); and

(e)  where a replacement is assigned under clause 5.11(a) or (b), that replacement Club is treated as having been used in the current Cycle.

5.12  Where a fixture involving a Profile's selected Club is postponed before the Pick Deadline for that Gameweek, the player may change their selection in accordance with clause 5.5. If the player does not change their selection before the Pick Deadline, clauses 5.11(a) to 5.11(e) apply as if the postponement had occurred after the Pick Deadline.

Void Gameweeks

5.13  A Gameweek is declared void if fewer than five Premier League fixtures are played in that Gameweek (a "Void Gameweek"). In a Void Gameweek: (a) no Profiles are eliminated from Last One Standing; (b) no Points Race points are awarded or deducted; and (c) Clubs selected in a Void Gameweek are not treated as having been used in the current Cycle.

6. Competition 1: Last One Standing (Elimination)

Settlement and Elimination

6.1  Following settlement of each Gameweek, Profiles whose selected Club did not win its fixture are eliminated from Last One Standing. Elimination is applied at the conclusion of the final fixture of the relevant Gameweek.

6.2  A Profile eliminated from Last One Standing takes no further part in that competition but may continue to participate in the Points Race in subsequent Gameweeks in accordance with clause 5.7.

6.3  Subject to clause 6.5, any Profile that fails to submit a Pick before the applicable Pick Deadline is automatically eliminated from Last One Standing.

6.4  The winner of Last One Standing will be the player (or players) notified as such by the Promoter via email following determination of the winner in accordance with this clause 6 and, where applicable, clause 8.

Mass Exit Rule

6.5  The mass exit rule applies as follows where, in any Gameweek, every Profile that remains active in Last One Standing would otherwise be eliminated:

(a)  where, at the start of that Gameweek, more than ten Profiles remain active in Last One Standing: no Profile is eliminated as a result of that Gameweek and all active Profiles are carried forward to the next Gameweek; or

(b)  where, at the start of that Gameweek, ten or fewer Profiles remain active in Last One Standing: the mass exit rule does not apply, and the Tiebreaker Cascade described in clause 8 is applied immediately using Points Race data accumulated up to and including that Gameweek to determine the winner of Last One Standing.

6.6  The mass exit rule may occur multiple times during the Competition. In each case, the relevant threshold of active Profiles is assessed at the start of that specific Gameweek.

6.7  The mass exit rule in clause 6.5 applies equally where all active Profiles would be eliminated by reason of Forced Non-Picks under clause 5.6(a) as where they would be eliminated by reason of an incorrect Pick result. Where, in any Gameweek, every active Profile was subject to a Forced Non-Pick under clause 5.6(a) (whether due to pool exhaustion or because every remaining unused Club was itself subject to postponement in that Gameweek), the carry-forward or tiebreaker threshold in clause 6.5(a) or (b) is applied in the same manner.

Sole Survivor

6.8  If at any point during the Competition only one Profile remains active in Last One Standing, that Profile is immediately declared the winner of Last One Standing and that competition concludes. The Points Race continues until the end of the Premier League Season regardless.

End of Season

6.9  If two or more Profiles remain active in Last One Standing at the conclusion of the 38th Gameweek, the Tiebreaker Cascade described in clause 8 shall be used to determine the winner.

7. Competition 2: Points Race (Accumulation)

Scoring

7.1  In each Gameweek, a Profile earns Points Race points ("Points") based on the goal difference of the selected Club in its fixture for that Gameweek, as follows:

(a)  where the selected Club wins its fixture, the Profile earns Points equal to the positive goal difference (e.g. a 3-1 win earns +2 Points; a 2-0 win earns +2 Points);

(b)  where the selected Club draws its fixture, the Profile earns zero Points;

(c)  where the selected Club loses its fixture, the Profile earns negative Points equal to the absolute goal difference (e.g. a 0-4 loss earns -4 Points; a 1-3 loss earns -2 Points).

7.2  Points are accumulated across all 38 Gameweeks, including Gameweeks in which a Profile has been eliminated from Last One Standing.

7.3  A Profile that fails to submit a Pick for a Gameweek earns Points for that Gameweek as follows: (a) where the failure is a Forced Non-Pick under clause 5.6(a), the Profile earns zero Points; (b) where the failure is an Unforced Non-Pick under clause 5.6(b), the Profile earns minus three (−3) Points.

7.4  Match results and goal differences are determined using official data supplied by a third-party licensed sports data provider. The Promoter's application of those results is final and binding.

Season Settlement

7.5  Following settlement of the 38th and final Gameweek, the Profile with the highest total accumulated Points is declared the winner of the Points Race.

7.6  Where two or more Profiles are tied on total accumulated Points, the Tiebreaker Cascade described in clause 8 shall be used to determine the winner of the Points Race.

7.7  The winner of the Points Race will be notified by the Promoter via email following determination of the winner in accordance with this clause 7 and, where applicable, clause 8.

8. Determining the Winners - Tiebreaker Cascade

8.1  The Tiebreaker Cascade is used to determine the winner of Last One Standing where required under clauses 6.5(b), 6.7 and 6.9, and the winner of the Points Race where required under clause 7.6. The Tiebreaker Cascade is applied independently for each competition.

8.2  The Tiebreaker Cascade proceeds as follows, applied in order until a winner is determined:

Step 1 - Most Points:  The Profile with the highest total accumulated Points Race points is the winner.

Step 2 - Last Week Wins:  If two or more Profiles remain tied after Step 1, their individual Points Race scores for each Gameweek are compared from the most recent settled Gameweek backwards. The first Gameweek in which their individual scores differ determines the winner: the Profile with the higher individual score in that Gameweek wins.

Step 3 - Most Wins:  If two or more Profiles remain tied after Step 2, the Profile with the highest number of Gameweeks in which their selected Club won its fixture is the winner.

Step 4 - Prize Split:  If two or more Profiles remain tied after Step 3, the relevant prize is divided equally between those Profiles.

8.3  Where the Tiebreaker Cascade is applied following a mass exit event under clause 6.5(b), only Points Race data accumulated up to and including the relevant Gameweek is used. Data from subsequent Gameweeks (if any) is not taken into account.

8.4  The Promoter's application of the Tiebreaker Cascade and its determination of the winner is final and binding.

9. The Prizes

9.1  Two prizes are available in the Competition:

(a)  the Last One Standing prize: £250 cash; and

(b)  the Points Race prize: £250 cash.

9.2  Both prizes are awarded independently. The same person may win both prizes, whether through the same Profile or different Profiles on the same account.

9.3  Where either prize is shared between two or more Profiles following application of the Tiebreaker Cascade, the relevant prize is divided equally between those Profiles.

9.4  The Promoter reserves the right in exceptional circumstances to increase the value of either prize during the Competition. Prizes are non-transferable.

10. Prize Payment

10.1  The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

10.2  If you are a Winner, you will be contacted via email by the Promoter using the address registered to your account following determination of the winner.

10.3  Prizes are paid to the winner's nominated UK bank account by bank transfer only within 14 days of the conclusion of the Competition, subject to all compliance checks carried out by us on the winner(s) having been satisfied.

10.4  If you are a winner, you must provide: (a) proof of age; (b) proof of address; (c) proof that the nominated bank account is in your own name; and (d) a copy of a valid government-issued photographic identity document.

10.5  The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact you if you are a winner. If you cannot be contacted or are not available, or have not claimed your prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next placed player or players in accordance with clause 8.

10.6  The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up a prize.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1  The Promoter does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

11.2  The Promoter is not responsible for losses arising from technical failures, data delays or third-party data errors, except where caused by its negligence.

11.3  Match results and settlement are determined using official data supplied by a third-party licensed sports data provider. The Promoter's determination is final.

11.4  Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, or liability to the extent it cannot be limited by law.

11.5  Subject to clause 11.4, the Promoter's maximum liability to you in relation to any one incident or connected series of incidents, whether for breach of contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, will be limited as follows:

(a)  where our liability relates to your participation in the Competition and you have won a prize, it will be limited to the cash value of the relevant prize;

(b)  where our liability arises from the loss or deletion of your entry, a failure to process your entry, or a technical issue, fault or other system-related failure which prevents your entry from being successfully registered or processed in the Competition, your sole remedy shall be a replacement entry into another competition organised by the Promoter; and

(c)  in all other circumstances, £10 (ten pounds).

12. Data Protection

12.1  By entering the Competition, you acknowledge that the Promoter processes your personal data in accordance with its privacy policy, available at: https://www.wynner.games/privacy (the "Privacy Policy").

12.2  In connection with the administration of the Competition, the Promoter collects and processes the following categories of personal data:

(a)  full name;

(b)  email address;

(c)  home address (for Free Postal Entrants only);

(d)  mobile phone number; and

(e)  payment details for Digital Paid Entrants, which are processed by a third-party payment provider and are not retained by the Promoter beyond legal or regulatory requirements.

12.3  By entering, winners agree that the Promoter may publish their first name and general location (such as county or city) to announce and publicise the result. If you do not want this information to be published, you should notify us in writing within 7 days of being notified of your win; however you acknowledge that we may still be required to provide your identifying details to third parties including the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

12.4  In addition to that set out in our Privacy Policy, personal data is processed for the purposes of operating and administering the Competition, including verifying eligibility, processing entries, determining Winners and awarding prizes.

13.4  Marketing communications may include information about future competitions, early access offers and other promotional content.

13.6  Players may withdraw their consent to receive marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the relevant communication or by contacting the Promoter.

14. Publicity

14.1  By entering the Competition, players agree that, if they are a Winner, the Promoter may use and publish their first name and general location (such as county or city) to announce and publicise the result.

14.2  Such publicity may appear across the Promoter's marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to: (a) the Promoter's website; (b) social media channels; (c) digital and print advertising; (d) email communications; and (e) press releases, and may be published without additional payment.

14.3  Winner(s) may be invited, but are not obliged, to provide a short quote and/or brief case study relating to their experience of the Competition.

14.4  Winner(s) who do not wish to be identified publicly may notify the Promoter in writing within 7 days of being notified of their win.

Optional Promotion

14.5  As a discretionary gesture, Winners who agree to participate in a short promotional photo or video may be offered an additional reward of up to £250.

14.6  The Promoter will contact eligible Winners by email with details of the proposed promotional activity.

14.7  Participation in any such promotional activity is entirely optional and has no bearing on the award of the prize.

15. Ownership of Competition Entries and Intellectual Property Rights

15.1  All Competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.

15.2  By submitting your Competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to assign absolutely to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights held in the Competition entry with full title guarantee, and waive absolutely all moral rights.
